Below are listed both the standard specification and the custom options lists for our new homes. The standard spec alone sets our homes apart from most developer built new build homes. The custom options allow buyers to tailor finish their home to suit both their individual and family needs.

Although the custom list is meant to cover most of the common extras that most buyers may wish to include, if there are any particular additional changes or extras that you would like to request, please feel free to discuss them with us.
