The kitchen is one of the most important rooms in any house and when you buy a new house, you want your kitchen to be "just right".

Buy a commercial developer's new home and if you are lucky, you'll be able to choose the colour and / or style of the unit fronts. But what if you are not that keen on the kitchen layout? What if you need more worktop space or you have always fancied a granite work surface, or a range cooker, or an American fridge freezer, with ice making facility? The response from any standard developer will normally be, "No sorry, we can't do that". Woe betide anyone who might like to have some extra sockets or a built in microwave!

We offer a standard kitchen layout (see images below for the Ammanford kitchen design). It is in "shaker" style, with the standard colour being the fashionable grey, which is quite fashionable at the moment. The spec includes an American fridge freezer, 5 ring gas hob, with a splash back and a 90cm extractor hood, wall mounted double oven, stainless steel "sink and a half", with an extending mixer tap (for rinsing) and a breakfast bar area. The utility room includes a base unit, a stainless steel sink, plumbing for washer and drier, a tall base unit (for storing ironing boards, vacuum cleaners etc) and an under worktop "recycling space" so you don't end up with a selection of recycling bins tripping you up as you try to get around the room (see image below).

If you want to change anything about the kitchen, you can, as long as all changes are confirmed and priced, prior to building work starting. You can even start from scratch if you like (we allow a standard budget, with anything over the budget being payable as an extra).

Below are images of a recently fitted customised kitchen on our previous project:
